Meatballs anyone?

I need a good recipe for meatballs!
That's it.
I want to make some that are small (bit-sized), and juicy, and that don't fall apart if you pick them up with toothpicks.

  1. Mine are so very fancy... and I get compliments all the time.

    1. Ground beef, mix with garlic powder, onion poweder, pepper, maybe oregano, Montreal Steak seasoning, etc...

    2. Roll into whatever size balls you want and plop them all (on top of each other) into a small pot.

    3. Cover and put on stove and cook for a while.

    4. Drain into a colander. When you drain the fat off, they balls will separate themselves!

    5. mix with whatever sauce you want. I use spagetti sauce, strogenauff type sauce, sweet and sour meatballs, etc... etc..
